MANOWAR Deliver Presents For All Their Fans

Instigated by the overwhelming fan reaction to the multilingual presentation of "Father", featured on the recent MANOWAR CD "Thunder In The Sky", the Kings of Metal have recorded two more versions of the song, one in Russian and one in Swedish. These two new translations make numbers 17 and 18, respectively - and we're still counting!

Can you imagine any other band that would do this for their worldwide fans?

Now, MANOWAR calling on you, the true metal fans in Sweden and Russia - and all other countries where MANOWAR have not been playing for way too long: make some noise and demand your local promoters to bring MANOWAR to your home country! It's long overdue!

As Christmas present to all their fans worldwide, the new "Father" recordings can be downloaded FOR FREE.

"Thunder In The Sky" is available as a complete mp3 album and soon as a physical CD in the Kingdom of Steel.

ASGARDIAN'S DAY - Fighther - fragmet -

Author: Evz

He heard the noises of steel against steel, and that only meant one thing: A fight was going on. His right arm was still sore from the last one, but he would have to suffice. He grabbed his sheathed bastard sword, and ripped it free from its scabbard, wearing only wool pants and a cloth tunic and some boots, he bolted out of his tent, just in time to stab an enemy warrior through the neck. Blood splattered across the camp. A few tents were set aflame. A second enemy camp at him with a spear, yowling madly. He ducked the first blow. The second caught him on his leg, and he fell on it. The opponent screeched in his alien tongue, and went to stab Snorri when several arrows hit him in the back of the neck and shoulders, felling him. Three archers rushed to his aid.

"Snorri, I did not know you had become a berserker!" Laughed his good friend Erik, who was carrying him back into his tent. "The enemy is faltering as we speak. Remain here, please... My friend, I do not want you getting hurt any more. You're bleeding badly..." He said, wrapping a piece of cloth around Snorri's leg. "STAY!" Then Erik quickly left. Snorri was dizzy, was this right? Should he not have remained and fought till he had died? What happened, and why in the name of the Gods did Erik rescue him? He went over his thoughts while trying to remain awake, alas, it was in vain. Within two minutes, he fell unconscious.

ASGARDIAN'S DAY - Forever Loyal

Author: Dynabo

Early 90s I heard Manowar for the first time on CD and I wanted to hear more. After a while I wanted to see Manowar in action. I can not remember when and where but I know that I was completely sold. I saw 4 men act with all their passion for their music. It was as if I feel their passion, joy and energy through their music. A while later there was a day for the fans, and I had the chance to meet Manowar. I have seen all 4 men and wow .... I could even talk with them. I felt safe and relaxed as if I knew them for years (...)
A week later, I moved in and lived with the man I loved. For a few years we had a good relationship (...) but it turned out that he is not the man of my dreams. He often used violence against me, until the man abused me so hard that I ended up in the hospital. The doctors took me a couple weeks in a deep sleep to recover. After a few weeks I had to wake up but that was not done. Finally after a few days I awake by the sound of music ...I heard the song ''The Power'' my brother brought with them on a CD (...) My faith in people was also significantly damaged (...) I had only faith in the music (...) After thinking long and hard and often listen to their music, my health gradually improved. My faith in people is not what it was but the feeling (safe and relaxed) I had with Manowar is fortunately remained the same. (...)
It took 3 years of my life to get to walk and talk. My confidence is there again but my life is changed.
Every day I am grateful for the music from Manowar. Their passion, joy and energy have helped me in my difficult time. Manowar has a special and safe place in my heart.
I say it loud and proud, we are one big family. and ... I am and remain forever loyal to the one and true Manowar family.

HAMMER OF THE GODS - 3rd sneak into the TAS short novel by Wolfgang Hohlbein!!

Something was different here.

He had seen destruction before, but nothing close to this: pieces, large as houses had been blasted out of the walls, stone turned into powder and in some areas turned into bizarre sculptures of black glass, as if the rock had melted and turned into liquid wax.

And even though he felt that this must all have happened ages ago it seemed to him as if he could still pick up the scent of burning stone and the cries of the dying.

If this fortress had indeed been built by giants, it must have been titans who stormed it....

to be continued

ASGARDIAN'S DAY - Wish Came True

Author: DarkAshes

Hello there, my name is Mitja I'm from Slovenia and I'm 16 years old currently I'm a student. I have been Manowar fan since 2004. I don't really know how I've become a MANOWAR fan. All I can remember is that my first song that I heard was named ''Thor''. My neighbors were listening to it and were singing along. I thought the song was pretty cool so when I came home I quickly ran to my PC and go on Youtube and searched for some Manowar. I just couldn't stop listening to it, song after song, I just got addicted to it. After some time the music had a different meaning for my life, it became more than just a cool sound. It just cheers me up at any given situation.
Now I just can't live without it.

Well, I've been trying to attend MCF for quite sometime now ... I had some problems in last years(money, parents, school, lack of friends that love metal) Now that the MCF is in Slovenia" wohu "there is nothing that can stop me. WISH came true =)
