MCF IV@Metalcamp - history has been written

On July 11 2010, MANOWAR conquered Slovenia, within the 4th edition of ''Magic Circle Festival''.
In addition to the stellar performance by the kings of metal, MCF@Metalcamp included, on July 9 and July 10, two days of fan activities. Hosted in massive tent & conducted by Mr Metal - Udo Sapper, the activities included various entertaining contests and attracted, throughout the two days, significant number of people who had tons of fun and unforgettable moments. Air guitar, MANOWAR lyrics & The Warrior's Triathlon contest have been thoroughly enjoyed, and the Metal Karaoke was one of the highlights of each evening.
On July 10 the Ambassadors of Asgard put The Asgard Saga on the spotlight, pointing out its creative, fan oriented side, and announcing the upcoming installment of The Asgard Saga, Wolfgang Hohlbein's ''Die Tochter Der Midgardschlange'' (The Daughter of the Midgard Serpent).
Miss MANOWAR contest was yet another point of interest on July 10. Marte, the newly crowned ''Miss MANOWAR'' comes from Norway and has enchanted the audience not only with her beauty but also with with her knowledge of Norse Mythology, being the winner of the specific trivia. Congrats!

The sword fighters from Communitas Lupus have yet been another major attraction. They've presented three breath taking shows which transported the audience to a different era in time. Great weapons, costumes & dedication by each one of the fighters. Special thanks for their stunning representations, and for their support to MANOWAR and The Asgard Saga.

July 11 was the time for the absolute entertainment - football & metal. The army of immortals conquered the festival ground since early morning, in vibrant expectation of the first ever performance of the kings of metal on Slovenian ground. Starting noon Crosswind, Metalforce, Virgin Steele, HolyHell, Kamelot and Arch Enemy took the stage, and each delivered remarkable performances, all cheered by the audience.
The break of the football world champion final included a special moment: the screening of an impressive material which visually illustrates MANOWAR's ''Die With Honor'' song, a massive production, by Simone Krug and her talented and her hard working crew. It was a special gift to MANOWAR by its makers, and it was MANOWAR's way of saying ''thank you'' for their time & dedication, by sharing it with all present.

When MANOWAR hit the stage, at 23.00, a metal spell took over the audience. Fists rose into the air, and the warriors from all over the world rejoiced the meeting with the undisputed kings of metal. It was one ground shaking performance, which included several songs from the ''Thunder In The Sky'' EP – the first musical installment of ''The Asgard Saga.''

Late in the night, when fire works filled the sky history had been written. Another edition of Magic Circle Festival had come to an end, only to let more Asgard Saga & MANOWAR surprises follow.
