ASGARD-SAGA.COM is an online community built to create the biggest, most vibrant fantasy universe ever. The success of a unique adventure like this greatly depends on respect, honesty and trust. Even though the owners of the site will do their utmost to avoid any negative impacts deriving from the use of this site, they disclaim any responsibility for any such impact.
Users of this site waive any potential rights to make claims towards the owners of this site.

Below a set of rules, that shall protect your individual interests as much as the community´s. This Code of Conduct, along with our Terms of Use shall make this site a place where everybody feels safe. If you experience breaches of the Terms or the Code, please contact us. This is important for your own protection as well as the protection of the whole community!

1. RESPECT COPYRIGHTS:
Posting materials that are not originally yours, is strictly prohibited. Just like you do not want other people to use your own creative work, please respect the work of others. Be aware that you risk legal consequences if you use material that you do not hold the copyright for! For the protection of the community, please flag if you encounter any copyright breach on the site.

All contributions of MANOWAR, WOLFGANG HOHLBEIN and THE ASGARD SAGA and all related works are protected by law and copyright of the respective contributors. All other texts, graphics, designs and copyrights are copyright of ASGARD-SAGA.COM. Logos, texts, graphics, designs and any other content must not be used unless approved, in writing, by the copyright owner.

2. TELL US WHO YOU ARE:
Using your real name helps to protect your work and to get you the recognition you deserve for your contributions. It also prooves to everybody that you are serious about what you are doing and that you trust your peers as much as you expect them to trust you.

3. RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE´S DECISION:
The owners of the site greatly appreciate all contributions that are being made. However, depending on the nature of the task or due to capacity reasons, they will be forced to make decicions. They may or may not use your contribution. If your content is not being used, please do not consider this a rejection of your work or person. If it does not get the recognition you expected, please bear in mind that tastes are different. Continue with the same passion than before. Rest assured, somewhere in the world there were people who enjoyed your work!
As the deciding party or voter, respect the efforts made by the creator of the content and dedicate an appropriate amount of time and effort when making a decision.

4. YOUR CONTRIBUTION IS FREE:
When providing your ideas and content you are aware and agree to confer all rights of this content to the owners of THE ASGARD SAGA and ASGARD-SAGA.COM. You accept that they have the full legal right to use, develop, modify and explore the idea or content according to their requirements and that no royalties or other payments will be owed, unless contractually agreed (in writing) between the owners of the site and yourself, prior to your submission.

5. BE LOYAL TO THE PROJECT:
To make THE ASGARD SAGA the unique experience we are all aiming for, the contributions you make here should not be used for similar other projects. This is your free decision but we trust that you join our vision of creating a saga that is original and fresh.

6. BE OPEN AND RESPECTFUL:
A community like ASGARD-SAGA.COM brings many different people together; people from different cultural and demographic backgrounds, different tastes and opinions. Even if you don´t share there opinions, be open minded and respect them. Of course you are invited to discuss different points of view but always treat people with the same respect you want to be treated with.
Be aware that the owners of the site reserve the right to take appropriate measures if the rules of online etiquette or the site´s Code of Conduct is being violated.
